My 1988 Honda FourTrax 300 has just finally given up the ghost.
His name was Frank (Frankenstein) first because he had so many stitches in the bodywork, then because he was kept alive by scavenging parts from his twin sister who predeceased him.
He no longer had front brakes. the headlights pointed in different directions. But he'd kick start in the middle of winter on the 2nd kick.
But earlier this week the rear end froze. I think it's the brakes delaminated, but it could be the gears.
Fortunately he signed his organ donor card, and so he is going to a friend who has a mint condition 300 FourTrax for transplants in the future.
