87 JD 318 Starter won't engage - Onan B218G

Need some help fellows. Read some of the older posts in this forum with individuals who were having the same issues. Followed there leads and still have had no success. First time in 29 years have had any problem like this.

At this point here is what I have done:

New battery - May 2016 - shows 13.2 volts
New starter - New - replaced now
New key/ignition switch - New - replaced now
New Neutral start safety switch - New - installed now
Starter relay kit - New - installed now
Starter Circuit Breaker - New - replaced now

I am at a loss.

Looking for additional suggestions as to what could be causing problem.

Are you saying the starter spins but does not engage?

Wow, you threw a lot of parts at it. If you mean the starter will do nothing when turning the key, it is probably a safety switch that is causing that to happen. Post back with a better description of the symptoms and you will get better advise.
