Ive been trying to get my mower working today, and it will run just fine on choke, but nothing elce. It also runs WAY faster then normal, and i cant seem to get the combination right on these screws on the carb, the idle and needle screw. What aint i doing???

I had the same problem and it turned out to be "Dirt" in the fuel bowl. I loosened the single hex "Nut" under the fuel bowl and cleaned everything with several blasts of Carb Cleaner and I've been good to go ever since.

Has it been running OK and then one day you went to use it and found you had trouble?

It could be a loose carb. The air could be sucking around the gasket and causing it to run lean, when you set the choke it makes the mixture richer and it runs "ok". If this is the situation, all the adjustments in the world won't change the way it runs because it's getting it's air from behind the carb.
