790 Value

I have new 3120 and will be looking to sell my 790 in the near future. The 790 is a 2WD with R1 tires. No bells and whistles. It's about 6 years old and has about 430 hours on it. It has always been kept in the shop (as in garage, not repair). If I rinse the dust off it will look brand new. It still has a shipping sticker on the front rim (kinda like Minnie Pearl's price tag on her hat). Anybody have any suggestions on what I should price it at here in middle TN?

Whjy didn't you trade?

Anyway, my estimate for a sale price for a 2WD, 6 yr old 790 with 430 hours would be $9000....but I'd settle for little less...as low as $7500.
That tractor, new, cost just under $10,000. If you get $7500, you'll be doing quite well.

As a comparison, I paid $12500 for a 2003 790 MFWD and 419 loader with 24 hours on the meter.

Two reasons I did not trade. The main reason is that I did not feel that any trade offers were enough. Usually around $7000. Also, I need to have the 790 to mow with until I go through the break-in period with the 3120.
My rough estimate is that the 790 should sell for somewhere around $9000 on the street, but wanted some feedback from others with more experience.
