The quick answer is no, I do not believe so. Hopefully others will offer their opinion.
Because the 757C is sub-frame mounted backhoe there are a few components which the bottom of the tractor has to have for the backhoe to mate into when the two are attached. These components are unique to the New Holland tractor models that the 757C was designed to fit. So my guess is that a Kioti tractor does not have these components and I have never heard that backhoes from New Holland and Kioti were compatible.
If you know a good fabricator they may be able to cut and weld the components to adapt the backhoe and tractor together, but that could be a daunting task and very cost prohibitive. Then you would have to connect the hydraulic hoses which I would hope are not as complicated as the sub-frame adaptations.
