Price Check 755 price

After posting that I had a tough time finding used tractors in my area, this mornings paper had a JD 755 4WD with a 70" bucket and a 260 finish mower. It has been garage kept and has 400 hrs. They are asking $13,500. I would like to see it this afternoon if it is a good price. What do you experts think?

I'm not a expert, but my neighor just bought one with a bucket and belly mower with 2500 hrs of mowing a cem. for $8000 in Port Huron Mi..

There is a 755 w/ 60" deck and FEL , foot hydro, 450 hrs. listed on DeereGTClassifieds@yahoogroups.com in Durham, N.C.(don't know your location) for $12,000 asking price.
