7510 MMM...locking in up position

Has anyone come up with a better way to lock the deck in the up position? Installing the pins with the clips is a real pane (compared to the BX series).

Dongerosa - Look at the McMaster-Carr part number 98485A495 shoulder-style quick-release pin w/ring grip, 1/2" diameter x 1.5" usable length. They are about $2.50 each, plus shipping. I have been using these pins on my RCK60-24B mmm and 2003 B7500 for three mowing seasons. I tied a string and loop to each of my pins to fasten them to the mmm, in case they might fall out. They have worked well for me.
