7500 wouldn\'t start
My 7500 wouldn’t start yesterday, of course when I needed it to move some landscape rock. It wouldn’t turn over, no starter noise at all just dash lights. I checked the battery, the safety switches on the PTO and clutch, and the shutoff switch, they were working fine.
I gave up yesterday and was ready to call the dealer this morning but I thought I would check some of the past posts here. I found some where people played with all the levers and pedals so I thought I would give it a try. I wasn’t having any luck until I hit the parking brake. The parking brake was engaged, I tapped the brakes to disengage and it cranked right up. Tried 5 or 6 times after that, brake on and off and it worked fine.
So I guess there is another safety switch there somewhere I missed, glad to be back in action and TBN helped me fix my tractor!!
