Where is a good place for engine parts. It has a 135 diesel and is getting water in the base. I hope to do a rebuild this winter, Any idea on a cost?

I can't help you on your question, but I have a question for you. I broke a power steering line and lost all the fluid. I put on a new line but can't found how to refill the fluid. It says it holds about 4 ounces but all I could see was a plug about half way up the tank. How do you refill this tank?
