sorry for delay, wrong hydraulic fluid was put in so base controls work fine, bucket controls are slow or dont respond, the port holes in the valves from the small pistol grip tubing are small the 46 is a 20w fluid so it flows too slow through the holes, mechanics tell me they use atf msds specs are the same as the mil grade 5606 which cost a trillion dollars, so i would have to drain and filter change and fill with atf or a hy tran fluid of 10w, sound correct
