I have an rusty Fred Cain AC-205 (~20+ years old) that has been 'solid'. The blades are very thick and the housing is heavy. Works fine behind my 28 PTO HP Ford 1920. It recently developed a leak in the gearbox seal so I keep adding corn grease until I can get the seal replaced. If the newer Fred Cain's from Everything Attachments are built like mine, you can't go wrong.

Not bad advise. Never heard a bad word about a Fred Cain cutter.
