72" bent bucket edge (need advice)

Hello everyone, bought this tractor and the bucket front edge is bent! Looks like a tooth bar must have been installed on it at one time and a thooth must have gotten caught on something but not really sure! Any advice would be great on what could do to repair or replacing it.

Heat and a big hammer you need something solid and flat to rest the bucket on then pound away....

Flip it upside down and use a sledgehammer, you'll be surprised how easy it moves. I fixed my dad's in about 20 minutes. I used wood blocks as a underside support.

Some heavy backup material and a stout machinists vice to pull it back straight. You can put a socket and torque bar on the hex drive of many of those vices. Is there a welded on cutting edge? Hard to tell from the pictures.

If you have a piece of railroad rail, that would be a great underside support.

You might be able to put a big piece of 1/2 inch steel plate under it and beat it with a heavy sledge. I think that will save your concrete and it will flatten out.

I have a 13 pound sledge I use. It was my grandfathers.

For general straightening I would just try sledge hammer on long irregularities with maybe wood under it to protect pavement under edge... ON ouchie on right lots of heat... Metal is stretched so it is not really going to be happy going back into original shape...

Thought I would add some more pictures, Industrial Toys - here's the factory welded cutting edge. I did hit it with a sledge hammer before, but did not back it up good enough. but was not at a place to do better job! I also want to look into the vice you suggested.

I think heating it is a must when getting it back close to strait again.
