Hey folks, new member with a broke 3000. 3-4 mos. ago I used it and it ran fine, parked in the barn with shutdown cable pulled out. A couple weeks ago I put in a new batt. and tried to start it, I'm not getting anything from the Simms pump to the injectors. Pulled cover off the side to get to the rack, and am getting no movement from rack; see no movement of rack when I work the shutdown arm or throttle. I can move rack forward and backward maybe .010". I do get movement on the gov. shaft with throttle control, but no rack movement; looks like the rack is stuck in shutdown position. I'm not familiar with this type pump, and only hate the I&T book, which doesn't go into that. Yes the pump is primed and transfer pump is working. Any help will be greatly appreciate. Thanks
