6500 oil leaking top of gearbox

So the 6500 suddenly started leaking oil out the top of gearbox. Looks like there is a gasket /seal where the steering column bracket mounts to the top of gearbox. It fro. Here the oil is spewing out any ideas ?? Of cause

Could be over filled or a plugged breather tube.
