6430 Premium Hydraulic Quick Connector Problem

I have a JD 6430 Premium that was purchased new. Every so often one of the hydraulic quick connectors of the rear will blow the hose out of it and puke oil. This usually makes the connect beside of it do the same thing. I have replaced 10 or 12 of the connectors in the 5600 hours of operation. When connected the lock ring snaps back into position as it should. Anyone have a problem like this?

When you say connectors, do you mean on the hose side or tractor side? Not familiar with that exact model but there should be some springs on the tractor side that can be replaced. However if both hoses are blowing out sounds more like the return side is not giving relief at times during operation.

I have had trouble with the "Premium" couplers. Ones that do not have the locking sleeve. You just push the male in and some hellishly complicated system (there is like a dozen O rings) keeps it in, but sometimes it just spits it out. I would gladly have the simple ones. Just another "GREAT" and progressive idea brought to you by the wonderful Engineers at JD. They also come with a wonderful price!
