640 loader issue

/ 640 loader issue #11
I made up a gauge and plugged it into the quick connect couplers on the side. I'm reading about 1200 for both directions of the boom and about 1100 for the bucket functions. I'm guessing I'll be pulling both boom cylinders off again to open them up and see what went wrong with the assembly.
If I were testing this, I would connect the gauge directly to the quick coupler, and not let the fluid flow further to the pistons. If you get expected pressure, you can test again in a tee configuration. If you get low pressure only then, it would be internal leakage.

From the tests you ran though, if bucket pressure is also low, that points to a pump problem. I would check pressure at some other points in the system also (rear remote, etc).
