60D Mower keeps breaking when I back off of it

This is the 2nd time my 60D mower bracket guide bar has broken when I've backed off of it. The 1st time, my dealer graciously repaired it and sent it back under warranty. I mowed and then went to back off of it, and it broke again! I've just contacted my dealer to let them know they need to repair it, AND TELL ME WHY IT IS BREAKING :/

I'm posting these pictures in an attempt to find out what might be happening. I'm following the on/off instructions in both the manual and in the YouTube videos. For some reason, the guide bar seems to be ripping itself apart when I back off of the mower.

Suspect you are missing something in the "procedure" / instructions.

I have the 62D that is not made that way.. i have to manually disconnect the front mounting connection

Is yours self connecting? It looks like to me that something is not disconnecting correctly..

thehobbyfarmer What model year is your 1025R and deck. I have a 2018 1025R with a 60D Auto Connect deck the and the design of my deck is completely different than yours in the area that is breaking. Also the Rear attachment points are also different. The 2018 model 1025R tractor has some slight changes from the previous version(s), I can't speak for the 60D Auto Connect deck though. Sorry, I'm not much help to you.

I had the samd problem with mine. It was catching on the stand for the loader. It only happened when I was not on very flat ground. Now I mow without the loader on anyway and have no problems.
