Request assistance locating the engine block coolant drain plug.
Radiator plug is easy to get to.

My off the wall guess would be the lower radiator hose.

I think you will find it just above or behind the starter.

Spot on. Drain plug is mounted in a cover plate on the rear freeze plug port.
Guess that explains the splash guard on top of the starter
