I am getting ready to purchase a new Kubota 2601 with a snowblade and power angle. The dealer indicates the 72inch would have to much side push and will slide the 1600lb tractor. The 60 inch just barely covers the wheel span at full angle tilt so I thought the 72 would be better. Any thoughts?
Thanks
Mike

I don't have a front blade on my b2620 which is the same as the b2601 but I would go for the 60" if you plan on pushing more then a couple inches of light fluffy snow.
I use a 72" back blade and it's a bit much for the tractor and pushes it around quite a bit, I'm planning on making a front blade that is 60-66" for mine one day.

Depends on how much angle, if your tractor is 60in wide, a 60in angled blade won't cover the tracks.

I would most likely go 72 but not use the entire width of the blade pushing snow.

Your gonna get pushed around no matter what. My 6ft blade can push my 5300lb tractor around if I go too fast with just empty R4s
