6\' rear mower price ?

Hey you all ,
What would be a fair price for a "in decent shape" used 6' rear mower ? I know what new mowers go for ,but I am unsure about used . Thanks ,

I doubt a "good-shape" one would go for less than $300 off new price.

All depends on condition and usually manufacturer. I have seen some go anywhere from $400 up to $700-$800 used.

I happened to have had an opportunity to ask a used/new implement dealer that very question today. I was told they will run about half the price of a new one of the same/comparable model, provided that they aren't junk and the blades, gears and deck are in good shape.

The new 6' mowers I priced today ran from $625 to $995.
