3-Point Hitch 575 DI 3-Point Hitch

I recently bought some land that came with a Mahindra 575 tractor. When I am using the using the 3-point hitch (mower) there is a sudden jump in the lift. Any ideas? Also how do I determine what year my tractor was built?

Tim, Welcome to the forum !! I have the exact same tractor. I would start by checking the Hydrolic fluid level. Look at the tractor from the back where the seat makes contact with the tractor on top of the rear housing . There is a plug / dip stick. Mine has a notch in the dip stick where the fluid level should be. If it is not low I would than check the hydrolic filter/strainer. Let me know if you need help finding the strainer.

PS: I think they were imported form 1993 until 1996.
