Hello all, not sure about other Mahindra models, but it might pay off to take a look at the throttle linkage where it mounts by the engine. On the 5530 it is on the "driver's side" (left side if sitting on the tractor looking forward). Pull the engine cover off and you will see two thin cables going to a stud that will be mounted on a bracket and held to the bracket by a washer and cotter pin. The cotter pin broke on mine
and I lost the ability to use the foot and hand throttle. Took me about five minutes to trouble shoot it. I will post pics tomorrow showing exactly what I am talking about. Dealer is mailing me the correct parts since I used what I had to get by. Other than that, no problems with my "work horse"!
