5310 power beyond

i purchased a electric 3rd function kit from WR Long for a grapple. After having most of it installed I realize this kit was for a mid mound loader valve. My loader runs off the rear remotes. Can I just tie into the pressure port and the return oil port on my dual scv valve?

A- return oil plug
B.-pipe plug
C- pressure plug
D- excess flow return oil plug

do i need to do anything with the internal pipe plug?

When I did mine on my 5310 I had it modified with the mid mount. I was also using the rear SCVs for my loader with a Long 3rd function. It sounds like you can do what you are asking but I can't bounce it off of what I had done. I will tell you, that mid mount is a life saver.

I installed the hoses but he loader works but only if i hold the rocker switch open and the bucket will go up and the grapple will open at the same time. When I installed the plug i could work the grapple by its self. Loader will only go up if i hold the rocker switch open still and i lost my rear 3pt hitch.

Do you have everything in series? If you go to Green Tractor Talk forum there's a thread on this exact topic right now. How to hook it up and make it work. You can't tee anything into the system, everything has to be in series and in a certain order.

I moved the hose off the oil return port to the excess oil return port and everything works as it should now
