520XI to go?

Hey folks,
I am STRONGLY considering selling/trading my 520Xi. I need something with a FEL and trying to find one for this beast has proven futile.
Here are her stats:

1999 WheelHorse / Toro 520Xi Garden Tractor
850hrs on Kohler Command 20HP engine
60" Belly Mower
54" (I think or 48") Front Dozer Blade with all proper attachment hardware
Brand new Rear tires (chevron tractor type)

What would be a fair asking price?

A quick google search shows me that the 520 is a Toro lawn mower. I'd ask 1000, you'll probably get a little less though.
