5205 John Deere PTO is weak

where do you click to start a new thread.

Click tab above on John Deere, then click on JD Lawn & Garden, then click upper left on "start new thread".

It's been cutting grass that long for the past 8 years with no problem at all. This all started this season.

then you unknowingly abused it for that long time, and now it's showing the effects of that. the PTO is electric, and if the belt is good and tight, then you need to replace the PTO, it's mounted right on the engine shaft with a wire connected to it. a John Deere dealer will have that.. btw, hopefully a moderator will split your thread into the proper forum..
