52 inch White Mower Belt problem

I have a 6 year old 50 inch White mower. Belt and mowing deck has worked great until now. I have replaced mower belt several times in last 8 months. Twice it tore up new belt. Now belt works for 45 min. then pops off. I can't find any adjustment on the mower or in the owner manuel. Any suggestions?

Could you post a pic of the deck. I am sure someone will figure out how to adjust the belt. What type of belts are you using? I know on my cub a cub belt will last twice as long as a Gates.

My guess is you have a spindle that is bad or a idler pulley. As it heats up it tears up the belt. If you have one spindle on the way out change them all along with any idler pulleys.
