5083e anti sway kit installation help

I recently picked up a used anti sway kit for my 2011 5083e. On the John Deere configurator it is part number BLV10121. The problem is the brackets that the factory installed anti sway chains won't work with this kit. I do have the brackets (came with the upgrade I bought) however no mounting hardware. The mounting hardware (bolts and bracket) are different for the chains. I haven't been able to find any photos (even of the kit) on the web. I was wondering if anybody has this kit installed on their e series and if they could share some photos so I could see how the brackets install on the axles. Your help is appreciated.

BLV10121 doesn't show up as a good part number. Maybe this will help.

Jim,

The schematic you posted is what I currently have. Everything on it gets replaced with the anti sway (telescoping) kit. The issue is the bracket (part 11) will be replaced with the new one and i don't have the hardware (3 and 5). The old bracket is threaded the new one isn't. I was hoping to see a schematic with the new anti sway kit so I could see how the new bracket is mounted.

Yes, this helps, it's exactly what I have. Looks like I'm missing 2 bolts (part 8). I was thinking there was another bracket part that wrapped around the axle like the old one, but this looks like just 2 bolts that thread into the bottom of the axle.
