Try to keep tank full to minimize condensation in tank. After 1 year and 100 hours my sending untitled flange gasket started leaking fuel down side if tank. Obviously does not leak when fuel below flange. Replaced sender and gasket. Held for 2 weeks and started leaking, slow minor leakage. Removed and dressed flange and gasket with Permatex #2 sealant designed for oil, gas, oil pans- solvent based not silicone. Held for 2 weeks and started leaking. I am snugging up all 5 Phillips screws against the metal seal ring good and re snugging a few days later. Don't know torque spec on screws and afraid to strip threaded inserts formed in tank flange that received screws. It is under warranty but I can't transport tractor and it is not cheap to haul 80 miles round trip twice. Any advice ? Just keep snugging them up?
