That's really difficult to say. Some folk might sell it for as little as $15k and some folk may want $30k. "Mostly great condition" makes it quite difficult to guess. Good pictures would be helpful.

Probably cost about $35K plus tax, plus delivery, plus insurance, plus finance charge, etc... when new. I bought a 5035HST in 2011 and ended up about $46K after everything was taken into consideration. The tractor/FEL was about 27K+, and the hoe/bucket was about another 9-10K. I just went over 400 hours, used to have a JD2240 to share the duties. PST is a good setup, 5035 is a real heavy brute. Like mentioned above, depends on how those hours were put on and by whom. I've seen John Deeres with less that 50 hours that were trashed by hired help using the equipment.
Thank you both. This one is around $29K. I think it is overpriced. I found a similar one minus backhoe for around $18K. Of course, adding a backhoe would be an issue, but if it was $9500 or so new it doesn't make sense to pay $11K for a used one. Also, I know that this unit was primarily used for the backhoe and the previous owner split the bucket open while working....
