Buit if it's there, I sure don't see the 50 hour service article for the B7800. Maybe it's the Fluids and Filters with that presumption.

What and where is the "evacuator valve?"

The evacuator valve is the flexible rubber extension hanging down from the air cleaner cover. You squeeze it along its long dimension to open it to clear large solids. Check the drawing for cleaning the air cleaner in the maintenance section of your owner's manual.
