4X2 GATOR FUEL PUMP

Got in older JD Gator 4x2, cooler weather and now its harder to start. Did the fuel pump pressure test (not good) about half of what the the book said. My question is has anybody tried a universal electric fuel pump on this? Seems like it would be better than the type of pump thats on it now (diaphragm). Also I checked all the lines and connections.

Electric fuel pumps will work on it. Just call up Napa and tell them you want a low pressure electric fuel pump that will work on small engines. They usually have a couple in stock. They come in different pressures and they will probably know the exact one you need. Have installed 4 or 5 in difference machines with no problems.
