I find 2 things:
1. I can't reliably get up on my trailer in 2wd, and ...
2. I can't get up the ditch to my land in 2wd, if it is at all damp.
So I am in 4wd all the time, except when tooling around on the pavement when loading the tractor up for the day's work on the land.
Basically if I am on the pavement I am in 2wd, otherwise I am in 4wd, at least as it stands now...
