It only does this occasionally. But its frustrating.
I just bought this tractor for 1000.00
They couldnt keep it running.
2100 hrs on engine
I discovered that the fuel bowl wasnt staying full.
Vacuum line was clogged and thats why it wouldnt stay running.
I plan on changing SuperUdt and Engine oil next week.
Oh and what are these 3 vacuum lines in the pic?
So any input would be greatly appreciated.

Are you using the right technique with the loader, or are you too aggressive with the bucket? As you go into the dirt, you should be feathering up on the bucket so that it doesn't stall.

I have a Bx2230 and it never does this. I think i have got it figured out though i just purchased some hose to fix those lines.
thanks

Your tractor pump puts out about 3.9 GPM, and at 2500 psi, that will take about 7 HP.

That leaves you with about 9 HP for tractor drive, and then the tractor will stall if using max tractor drive and full bucket use.

Go ahead and tell us what those lines go to.

Gary with that model BX he might not have the engine at high enough RPM to give the loader full hydraulics. I have always liked the older BX's because they required more then an idle to operate the hydraulic attachments so my old ears don't have to listen to hydraulic cavitation.
