Either inquire locally at a dealership about an instrument panel repair facility that you can send the instrument panel to for repair or try to find a replacement. Part number 1536456C1 for North American models. Google that number and see what is available. I'm assuming the tach is still functional.
You could also just add an aftermarket hour meter. Again just Google "hour meter". This is probably the easiest and most economical solution.
