I just purchased a 4700 with industrials and used it for commercial leaf collection. The tractor works great on lawns...hardly even a scuff. Even with the weight of the PTO leaf blower on the rear, it never chews up the turf. It does lose some traction compared with ag tires though. This is only a problem when using the loader however. Otherwise, it's a great compromise for a large, heavy compact that needs to get traction on sometimes steep and slippery lawns, without chewing up the grass.

I have a 4600 with r4's and have no complaints. No scuffing, etc. Only complaint is the stupid way that the lift works - off the three point hitch.
