4690 B-hoe buckets?

I just recently purchased a 4690 backhoe and it has a 2ft bucket on it. I can't dig anywhere unless it has just rained. I want to find a 12in or a 16in bucket. Does anyone know how much I am looking at as far as cost is on either of those buckets? Thank you.

A 24" bucket is to big for all but digging in sand in my area and we don't have much of that here so I can understand your frustration. The most popular bucket we sell is the 16".

I use a 16" bucket on a woods 6500 (smaller and less powerful than the 4690) and it works fine. Real hard packed stuff (like the surface of a dirt road) takes some losening up, but it otherwise digs fine.

Paid around $325 for a 12" Kubota (made by Woods) bucket not long ago.
