4600 John Deere stalls while driving

My tractor is stalling while driving forward or reverse. Acts like you come off the seat and the safety shut off engages. I bypassed the seat safety switch and still have the problem. The tractor will restart and sometime will stall when putting in forward or reverse and other time it will not stall. But it will continue to keep stalling randomly throughout the day.
Help. Any ideas????

check all your safety switches,one of them is giving u trouble-

Yes I have. Took the tractor to the dealer. The rates had eaten the wires and had to replace the whole wire harness. $2.600. parts and labor. Not happy.
