455 AWS Front pivot bushing

There is a pin and bushing in the front center of the tractor.
This looks like the main part that the steering wheel attaches to.

When I turn the steering this part has slop/moves around.

JDparts is showing dual bushings.

Anyone changed these? Is it a difficult job?

Hard to say about the bushings, but there are bearings that I see in JD parts. that may need some replacement.

There is always some slop, but wondering if you are getting something worse?

I've had several of the AWS and not had any problems. A neighbor had a linkage break, so he said and had to replace it.

Item 12 on this image.
The tie rod ends, #13 were loose. Looks like the nuts are digging into the plate.

It is not shown but the center hole of item 12 has the hole for the cylinder.
This also has slop.

There is no bushings in this plate, I think there should have been....
