Anyone out there have any complaints on their 4530 1-4 gear selector (the one on the right hand side of the seat)? I find mine to be very spongy feeling and it doesn't seem that the gears mesh very much, but once in they don't pose any problems. Also, most of the time I can't get into 3rd or 4th without coming to a complete stop and cycling through the gears, if even then, which defeats the purpose being that I don't like to start off in such a high gear. The only times I need 3rd or 4th is mostly when travelling along a road, or in low range and need more speed with torque as in when making a final pass pulling a disc. I have no other problems with the synchro shift or the range, it's just the gear selector. Any thoughts?
