Tractor Sizing 4520 width

Can anyone tell me the width of a 4520 with R1 and R4 tires? Just trying to decide what width of box blade and tiller to purchase.

A 4520 is six ft wide more or less. For this tractor I have a 673 tiller which just barely covers the tracks, works great but if I did it over I would go with the 681 which is a little wider (80 inches IIRC).

I use an 84" boxblade which works out very well.

Below are the overall widths for the tires from the Operators Manual. Minimum size is when the rims are connected to the wheel hub the normal/standard way. The maximum size is when the rims are reversed and connect to the wheel hub. My 4520 has the R3s bolted on the normal way and the rears do measure ~73" to 74" wide.

Be aware that you may not want the R4's in the min. width configuation. It puts the tires about 3/4" from the fenders on the inside. We moved ours out to the first wider setting.....much better.

I have decided to go with R1 tires and 7 foot implements.
