Sounds like some fun, maybe the auto cycling won't be too hard on your wrist. My Son bought a Big revolver in .460 ruger caliber. It is massive 8 3/4 in barrel and factory ported. I only wanted to shoot it three times and gave it back to him. I use .44 mag redhawk, I like the fireball?. Jy.

i have a automag 5 and s&w 500 as well.. wrist is still ok

Okay what caliber is the automag 5? just curious, I looked at one years ago to purchase, that was .44 and used cutdown .308 cartridges? Mfr. was Hi standard? I guess it just depends if it twist the arm when firing?

automag 5 uses a 50AE cartridge.

benign compaired to a 500mag revolver cartridge.. IMHO
