I need to replace the seal in the cylinder that swings my boom left and right, but their doesnt seam to be a way to get the cylander out to get the thing taken apart. It goes inside the machine and can not access any lock washers or anything to remove the cylander. Please help we have been working on this for days, which is crazy for such a simple cylander seal replacement.

2 ways to do this:
With cylinder mounted in machine (this is way most dealer techs to it)
1 - swing boom full to right then remove pin at the boom, reach in the front hole and remove both hoses, using a spanner wrench remove the barrel end cap (gland) and pull rod out leaving the barrel in machine.

2 - to completely remove cylinder and take it to shop or reseal it on a bench, remove the floor rubber mat then remove the steel floor plate to gain access to the barrel end cylinder pin.

Thats the problem, we have removed the floor and the cylander pin is not there, or at least their is no access to a lock washer. on the bottom of the machine is the cylinder pin with a bolt, is this bolt the only thing that holds the cylinder pin in place ? thus remove it from below

With the location of the end of the cylinder you can access the end of it with a wrench because it is directly below the frame.

My mistake. That one is different than some other models. That bolt holding pin in form the bottom comes out then pin comes out the bottom. Here is the R&R steps from service manual.
