4310 noise

I have a 4310 with a fel and 3-point finish mower.When i raise or lower the loader or mower at 2000 rpm or higher,the hydraulics make a loud and rather high pitched noise ,that comes from under the seat.The dealer checked it and said that it is normal.They also said they tried it on other tractors at their dealership and they did it also.Has anyone else experienced this ?Other than this i love everything about the tractor.

When my 4300 was new, I experienced some noise that could be described as you described yours. I found that it decreased when I changed the speed (rpm), the hydraulics, and/or the forward or reverse motion of the tractor. At some point in time, it has stopped altogether. I have noticed other discussions here that are similar to your concern, with other tractors (colors) as well as green. I'm not saying don't worry about it, but I didn't and have had no problems.

Dewald, I have a e-Hydro 4310 with a 430 fel (but not the finish mower) and about 50 hours on it but have never noticed the noise you described. Next time I use it I will pay more attention to it.

I found the problem causing the noise in the hydraulics.A clamp on one of the steel hydraulic lines was loose,allowing it to vibrate loudly at high rpm's.I tightened the clamp and the noise whent away.Life is good!
