4300 Safety PTO lockup

Hi y'all new to the sight and I have a question. I have a 4300 Utility Tractor and was setting posts for the new fence today. I turned off the PTO and then turned off the tractor and let the post hole drill hydraulics down and went in for dinner. It is parked on a hillside. Went out to start it up and it won't start because of the safety system on the PTO. The light is still lit on the dash for the PTO. I am sure it had stopped before I turned the tractor off. Now it's just a lump a steel! ARG! It there anyway to override the system? Just wondering.
