Price Check 4300 Pricing in Canada

Hello one and all
So, I'm Canadian, eh? I've got quotes for an L3010 $26,650 (new), and a Deere for $27,500. Both 4WD, Hydrostatic, one rear remote, and loader, with industrial tires. I understand both are excellent machines. How do these prices sound for the Toronto area? I have a Case 580C Extendahoe with about 7,300 hours on it - any idea of a trade in value? Does haggling make sense with these machines or do dealer hold to list prices?

I live north of Toronto and also have been pricing around. A 4300 with hydro was priced at 22,275.00. The 420 loader with 61" bucket was 3389.00. The mid mount mower is 2891.00. Let me know how this compares.
