I have an lt 160, 42c deck. the deck is on its last legs. Its held together by prayer, curses, and bolts. Its getting to the point where i have to replace it.
I can find the shells, it means just moving everthing over, at least those parts that i have still on it. (the wheels up front fell off at the first mowing). the welds are where this deck is failing. every weld is weak and has cracks in it, very dissapointing.
Or i can go the tow behind route and get a two behind mower. before i do either
1. anyone have a 42c deck for sale?
2. anyone recommend any tow behind mowers?
