425 parts model, missing engine plate

So I need to order a few more parts and have found there are a bunch of different spec codes for this engine? AS00 - AS24? With others?
I have concluded I have a 1996 Fd620d put together in the 425 early 97.
Product identification number M00425A053230.
Our does it even matter which one it is?
Need to get a spring retainer cap and intake and had gaskets.
Just hoping to order asap.

Maybe helpful to your cause to not start a new thread and stick to one.. That tractor s/n is for a 97, as it is in the 50,xxx.

It doesn't matter when it comes to ordering replacement parts. Those suffix codes (ASXX) serve only to identify the manufacturer of the equipment in which that the engine was originally installed.

Bruce, thanks for the clarification, lots of sites out there that ask for that suffix.
Just wanted to make sure I didn't order the wrong stuff.
