425 forward and reverse question

Hello everyone, my question is, is there an adj on the forward or reverse pedals on the 425? Forward is fine but reverse is slow and sometimes not at all. Now if I push the reverse pedal down farther under the floor pan a bit it runs fine. Hope you can help me?

I added an extension on the reverse pedal and it works great for me.
