Mowing 422/525 Mower for sale in MD

Don't know if everyone saw this on eBay, T3025 mower available in MD. I'm pretty sure it fits the 422 and 425, don't know about other models. Not sure if someone on the TBN list who is selling it.

Why in the world would anyone selling a mower say the cover is off because the bolts are missing, but they are easily replaced, instead of just getting some and replacing them? It's not like PT uses some exotic thread or something.

Boggles the mind, it does.
