4200 tires

I have a 4200 john deere compact tractor withs mall construction tires on it which causes problems with the mid mount mower The tire size is 14-17.5 I want a turf tire that is 4 inches higher on the same rim what tire size do I buy?

I don't ever remember seeing anything other than that size for that rim.
